I am 24 weeks pregnant and feeling very low in morning after getting up from the bed. What’s the reason behind it and what should I do?

A. this is very common symptoms during pregnancy but you need to care that you should be active during pregnancy you should have daily walking and engage yourself in some of the other activities so as your mind remains fresh and also baby grows well

A. It's a common problem during this time period. Have some fruits like orange in morning or lemon water. keep hydrated yourself
