I am 21 weeks pregnant.. my nipples have become very large... is it a matter of concern...

it is normal
just wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep that area clean.
Massage your breasts with coconut oil ,I mean try to gently pull out your nipples with thumb and pointer finger,it will help to make easy breastfeeding.
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
