Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent. for fever you may take paracetamol keep yourself well hydrated by taking a sip of lukewarm water every hour o use simply purified water having tds higher than the 340 after boiling keep a bowl of chopped onion near bed apptox three feet far over night
