I am 14 weeks pregnant and getting blood in stool. is it serious?

A. It is definitely a problem it could be soft stool with an infection that is why the blood is coming so please consult your gynaecologist does not seem very nice Dr can help you with right medicines that you can use in the current situation for yourself
