hw to stop breastfeeding gradually ? my baby has feed early morning , after bath , post dinner and twice in the middle of the night

A. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes one year you can start giving your baby outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk. Gradually start giving outside milk. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day so that your child will be able get nutrition from solids. Do not offer to breastfeed your baby immediately as soon as your child will seek. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
