A. This is looking more like chicken pox to me without a proper evaluation and understanding of the problem treatment cannot be suggested it would be advisable for you to consult your paediatrician the right treatment would be suggested by your doctor only

A. See a doctor right away if your baby's acne results in blackheads, pus-filled bumps, or inflammation. Pain or discomfort should also prompt a visit to the doctor. If your baby's acne doesn't clear up after several months of home treatment, the doctor may recommend using a 2.5 percent benzoyl peroxide lotion.A rash with pus-filled pimples, called pustular melanosis, is common among black infants. The rash is harmless and doesn't need treatment. It usually goes away after the first few days of life. The dark spots that form when the pimples break open may last for a few weeks or months.
