how would I know if my baby is full. she is 4 months and on exclusive breastfeeding

If your child is taking sufficient feeding from you and his full for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours after taking a feeding from you so that is quite a good sign for you to understand that whatever feeding you are giving to the child is sufficient and if your child in the minimum of 4 to 500 g every month that’s another sign for you to know that your child is can you sufficiently one
