how will I come to know if he gets infection in stomach.. he was keep crying whole night

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by jgmedicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other regasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
