NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it is not normal but can happen in some baby which is nothing to panic and always you can get the tongue tie cut when the child grows with a minor surgery and you will have to check with your doctor regarding the same and we will be able to guide you
