how to use vitamin e capsules for hair growth and how many to use. please suggest

Apply fresh aloe vera gel enriched with vitamin e capsule on scalp and wash it after drying. Then apply hairoil after drying the hair. Do it twice in a week. You will see the difference for sure.
Do massage of hair scalp properly. Give enough water to drunk.
