Q.

How to use expressed Breast milk (should i Luke warm it)after 1-2 hours? I want to feed using bottle when i go out.

A. Whenever you want to give to the milk to the child you can use double pan system you know just take some hot water in a pan and put the bottle into that and bring it to lukewarm temperature of course that’s what you can do and it’s good enough to be given to the child that Way
