how to treat umbilical granulomas at home for 2 years old ,he doesn't have fever nor any pain .it bleed sometime as spotting

1. SILVER NITRATE CREAM CAN BE APPLIED
2.IF INFECTIOUS,GIVE ANTIBIOTICS AS PRESCRIBED BY DOCTOR.
3.SALT WATER PINCH CAN BE APPLIED 1-2 TIMES A DAY TILL REDUCE IN SIZE.
4.IT IS NOT DANGEROUS UNTIL GET'S INFECTED
