Hi I would just like to tell you a paediatric dentist would be able to give you better clarity on that because it’s early so maybe they’ll just do a feeling or they will extract that it according to the situation whatever it is so in this case it would be actually more sensible if you get a check with a paediatric dentist will actually get genuine and better knowledge after getting it has asked with a doctor
