Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you should use finger brush made up of silicon and you can clean the teeth with that it also try to avoid using bottle feeding which can be a cause of sometime dental caries in the children

as to train baby brush along..
as to make baby spit out tooth paste, give a pea size amount..
avoid sweet and sugar intake, ..
