How to take care of 5 years old covid positive kid. Fever tha aab nhi hai loose motion tha aab nahi hai. Cough hai but not dry. Please help meh out

Hi I would just like to tell you that follow all the precautions the doctor must have giving you some child is Covid positive five years in the very small age but I guess only tell you that you should be giving good amount of liquid to the child and if there is no fever no diarrhoea diarrhoea that’s very very good make sure that you give good amount of papaya to the child coconut water and citrus fruits
