It's important to introduce new foods slowly and one at a time to ensure your little one is able to tolerate them and isn't allergic. Remember that breast milk or formula will still be your baby's main source of nutrition, so don't worry if they don't eat much solid food right away. And most importantly, have fun and enjoy this new journey of exploring flavors and textures with your baby!
