it could be allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or Infection
so please check all these
choose Cotton clothes for your child
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now
keep your child in well vantileted room
skip suspected cosmetics
give bath with Luke warm water and neem leave
