Wrll Due to excessive heat in the body so if you want to get rid of them then you have to really focus on a nutritious diet for the child which includes proper balance good amount of fibre so that your child does not have too much of heat in the body otherwise it is difficult to get rid of them and consult your doctor for a proper medication for this
