how to recover if baby has cough and cold problem again and again

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. Cold and running nose may be due to season variation so you can give a steam for this and also can give asthakind for the cough if it is there otherwise it takes around 5 days to be normal . no need to worry for this .

You can't prevent every cold, but there are things you can do to minimise your child's exposure and boost her defences: Practice good hygiene: wash your hands regularly , and help your child do the same, especially before and after eating, and after coughing or sneezing .
