how to provide healthy food (what kind and at what time), as i am a working woman ?

A. Dear ma’am, you can give all that you prepare at home. As much as possible avoid health drinks and packaged foods. You can give home made multigrain porridge, nuts and dry fruits laddoo, fruit and nut milkshake, spinach pakoda, vegetable paneer cutlet, banana, roasted peanuts, roasted makhana, sweet potato etc

A. hi mom give most of the time home cooked meals for breakfast, lunch , dinner avoid packaged foods include good proteins can add nuts powder in milk in between meals include fruits, chillas or chana chaat, roti pizza
