U Can give Paneer or tofu to your child on an every day basis because that is highly rich in protein if you eat nonveg you can give egg chicken and fish as well that is also very healthy option and if you’re looking for a proper diet plan for the child in terms of proteins and other nutrients as well then you should consult a nutritionist ones
