how to manage skin rashes of 2 years of a child?

A. Hai good evening !! If skin rashes are due to heat like ghamoria (small sooji type ) around forehead,neck,shoulder then avoid exposure to heat,avoid hot water bath ,bathing at noon time . Give luke warm bath morning and evening/nights.. Use skin moisterizing cream after bath. Put on comfortable soft cotton clothes which are bit loose also avoid dark ,tight clothes .
