How to make the baby self feed the food? My baby doesn’t put the food on his own in mouth. Whatever I give him to eat by my hand he spit up later on. What should I do?He is 11 months old.

it is not easy to feed small children but it is very important to continue your efforts in feeding them
DIET : - it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other)  pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child.
YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD.

Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity.
you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make  eating more attractive.

Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.

For now u have to feed him.
U can try giving finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
