How to make sure my son weight gain

A. Namaste Mom, Note some varations are acceptable as far as the child is active for the age & also eating healthy , you may preferably give all family foods, and natural foods, inlcude foods such as dry fruits , panner, ghee, sago, soya,,legumes such as rajma, chana, etc, eggs ,chana etc
