it depends on genetic .
so please don't take much stress for this.
please focus on healthy development of your child.
feed your child on demand
give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
although if you try homemade remedy then gently massage this part with coconut oil
