How to know whether my baby is getting enough milk or not? My milk supply is low are there any supplements to increase my supply?

A. if the baby pee count is around 6-8times and baby sleep well then the baby is getting sufficient amount of milk.. to increase milk take lactare.. or mother sparsh vardaan.. or striveda.. more you nurse milk will increase..
