how to know whether fever and baby crying is due to teething or normal fever

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours ifd fever is repeating. and you can also ddo cold sponging of the body if required

A. U Can see there are different science child is having its teeth they mostly try to rob everything into their Gums they try to bite everything so you know that the child is having its teeth and the fever could possibly be due to that at that point of time and due to irritation and itching in the Gunj they can be really cranky and crying all the time
