how to know what the baby needs when the baby is crying.

Crying is the only way babies can express their feelings. it's normal for babies to cry for every 2 hours.please follow the below steps if baby is crying. 
First see if baby is hungry if so feed her
or check if diaper is filled or uneasy
or see if she passed urine feeling uneasy
check if she needs to feel ur touch just hold her.babies cry for mother's touch always. 
May be its bcoz of burping.please hold her and always let baby burp after every feed.then only lay her down. 
May be bcoz of soroundings it's hot or cold.
If she feels sleepy ou uneasy
Also due to colic.if so please take care of it
Also check body temperature. she may cry bcoz of fever
Talk to your baby.
you can give your baby pacifier. it won't become habit don't worry.
