Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Your child should be full for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours after taking a feed and also your child should be giving appropriate weight gain office about 500 g in a month then only your child is going to be the noting of sufficient feeding
