How to know if jaundice has progressed and when to go for phototherapy for a 8 day old baby

A. You have to get a testing done with which only you will come to know what is the jaundice level and the colour of the eyes turned more yellow which is a sign that it is aggravated but a proper treatment would be suggested only after your doctor confirm whether the child is meant to be kept in phototherapy or not
