I have delivered the 3 month preterm so my baby is not sucking that reason to i use breast pump takeout the milk and paladai feeding for born to now 3 month my baby.
now a days I switched the bottle feed for pumping milk that milk is not enough for now so added some formula milk for my baby...I very disturbed for the feeding how to improve the milk secretion and pumping methods please help me

Have a lot of skin to skin sessions with ur baby. This is called Kangaroo therapy. It improves breastmilk, encourages breast feeding and also improves baby weight. You can do this for few hours everyday. Keep ur baby undressed only with a nappy and cuddle him on ur bare breasts. There should be direct skin to skin contact.
