how to increase calories in kids food for 1 year old

A. Dear mum, for 1 year old kid, you can give all family foods the way you prepare at your house. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
