A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active and healthy as much as possible. Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that you prefer eating as a family. Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care.
