Most importantly toddlers around 2-5 yrs have more grasping power at this stage.
Physical and mental growth plays very important role.
As baby is one year old give 3 Meals and 2 snacks protein, calcium, iron rich foods, Brain development foods.
Fruit and vegetables, Leafy vegetables, dry fruits and nuts powder, Cereals, Millets
Foods like milk, Diary products,dals, pulses, legumes,egg, meat if you are non vegetarian helps in increasing weight and growth.
Engaging in activities playing outdoor games, indoor games like puzzles, riddles, blocks,flash cards, activities depending on age helps in mental growth.
