How to give nutmeg for a baby? can we give it with breast milk or ghee? Which is the most preferable one?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! You shouldn’t be giving it till your baby completes 6 months. For the first 6 months the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Nothing else should be given. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
