how to give my 1 year baby apple boiled or without boiled apple please let me know

now you can give the apple as it is without stewing it , you can make small pieces or grate it as well

You’re not supposed to boil the fruits as you boil them you kill all the nutrients in the fruit so you’re supposed to give them in the same way as they are available in the nature and that is the correct way to give it to the child so please give all the foods in the raw form
