A. Hello mom If the cracks are on nipples then you should apply coconut oil after every feed and clean your nipples properly before feeding your baby. Coconut Oil will help to cure the cracks which happened because of feeding. Do you can start using it regularly it is totally safe Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
