do massaging with coconut or almond oil.
you may gently rub potato slices on this.
second for belly fat :
avoid using vehicles for short distance
walk walk and walk
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid junk food items
for good supply of breastmilk :
I advise to offer more and more breastfeeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced
you can take fennel seeds water,jeera water or drumsticks soup for this
