Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, home made paneer and cheese. Give peanut butter. Give one boiled egg per day. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts, pistachios and raisins. Give all home cooked meals. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Toddlers grow at a slow pace when compared to infants. After careful physical examination, only your doctor will be able to tell whether your kid requires vitamin supplements or not.
