How to decide the size of a diaper, also which diapers are soft on skin which doesn't cause any rashes?

The size of the diaper is depend upon the weight of the baby.Always better to give a diaper free time to baby in a day.there are many brands like mamypoko pants,huggies,etc.use diaper rash cream like ezinapi,b4 nappi cream etc.
