They may pass stool once in 10 days ,or may pass 10 to 15 times a day in small quantities, golden yellow in colour froothy in nature.so nothing to worry till it associate with abdominal distension, lethargy.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Until 2 months of age, they may pass a stool after each feeding. But, if stools suddenly increase in number and looseness, suspect diarrhea. If it lasts for 3 or more stools, the baby has diarrhea. If the stools contain mucus, blood or smell bad, this points to diarrhea.
