take fresh fruits , green veggies, and home made food with high protein diet.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture and nourishment to hair
If it keeps increasing do visit skin care specialist
