each and every child has own identity and characteristics.
so , somethings are natural which you can not remove but yes you can change it .
so ,change your child laziness by doing following things :
offer small tasks to do.
but don't force your child.
let your child get bored , don't entertain your child.
the most important thing is - limit your child screen time which makes kids now a days more lazy.
practice yoga or exercises daily which will definitely help.
avoid giving junk food items on daily basis.
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day which provides natural energy .
