Over feeding or fast feeding or reflux causes vomiting
If the baby is just spiting then milk that also curdled milk post breast feeding then there is nothing to worry but it’s forceful vomiting then consult a doc..
always burp the baby post feeding if baby is not burping make the baby sleep on side and head elevated

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal in babies and please give your baby proper burp after feed and hold in upright position for 10-15 minutes after breastfeeding and burp.
