how to confirm that my breast milk is sufficient and my baby tummy is full??how to keep check on above ? please help

There will be steady weight gain and the baby will sleep at the end of the breast-feed and will not cry after that breast-feeding session is over

Hi parent If you are breast feeding your baby and your baby is actively playing , sleeping and talking feed properly , achieving milestones on time then no need to worry Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits.
