AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom. U can clean it from outside using soft cotton cloth. Do not deep clean inside the ear canal as it can hurt your baby.
The ear has automatic wax cleaning mechanism which will dissolve the wax and comes out..
If there is no pain then no need to worry
