Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can use a silicone finger brush to clean the tongue of the small baby as well as the teeth. you can use the clean wet cloth also if not possible by any other way.to clean teeth use cheerio gel or kidodeknt toothpaste if baby is big enough to spit. oral hygiene is very important to keep the the teeth healthy .night brushing should be encouraged. smaljl frequent intake of sugar should be avoided to prevent dental decay. iptables any pain in the teeth or any e dental problem then dental visit should necessarily be taken only medicine may not be of any help.
