AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom U can apply olive oil on the scalp. This will help to kill the lice.. Let it be on the scalp for 2-3 hours. Wash with mild shampoo. Then use the nit comb to comb off the dead lice and nits. Take care and all the best
