Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr old boy4 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Gently take a corner of a soft cotton cloth dipped in lukewarm water and wipe of the outer ear portion of the baby. Nothing should go inside. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the baby.
