Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. just by using any Cotton cloth. and feed only mother milk. Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .
